April 20 News

Dear Red Falcon Families,

The focus of this week has been reviewing for the state science test, math review, and finishing state reports.

State reports done!

State science test done!

Next week is going to be a fun and exciting week. For those students going to Outdoor Ed., they need to come to school at the regular time, drop their luggage at the cafeteria, turn in medicine to Mrs. Pedroza in the office, and bring their no waste lunch to the classroom. We will not be leaving until 9 or 9:30. For those going to Indoor Ed., they will come to class at the regular time. Once attendance is completed, they will be joining Mr. Kennedy, the Indoor Ed. teacher, for a fun week of activities. Indoor Ed.will be held in Ms. Kreisman's room, D-114.

The end of the school year is always busy. Here is a list of some of the upcoming events

  • Earth Day April 21 from 9-11 a.m.
  • State testing for math and ELA start May 1
  • Open house and Science experiment on May 10
  • 5th grade picnic May 25
  • 5th grade promotion May 31

More information about the picnic and promotion will be sent out soon. We are looking for volunteers to help with the picnic and there will be information about how many tickets are available for the promotion.
